Anchor Mittal welcomes cooking expert Kalpana ben. She prepares Mango Ice Cream using mango pulp, sugar, condensed milk and fresh cream. It was kept in freezer to set, then she prepares Rajwadi Lassi using curd, cashew powder, nuts powder, anjir and caramelised sugar syrup. It was blended and mixed with dry fruits. It was garnished with pista. Her next recipe Pink Melody was made using water melon, milk powder and rose syrup. It was churned and garnished with mint leaves. Then cooking expert Aanal prepares the recipes based on makai masti. She prepares Corn Fitters with Corn Mayo Dip. She fried baby corn which was dipped in batter prepares with maida, garlic chutney, corn flour, salt, boiled baby corn, garlic, red chilli powder and lemon grass. For dip she used mayonnaise, maska dahi, boil corn and chilli. Her next recipe was Corn Pockets. First she prepares corn mayo dip using maska dahi, mayonnaise, boiled corn and chilli. Then for tikki she used boiled crushed potato, boil crushed corn, salt, bread crumbs and pepper powder and red pates. It was shallow fried and assemble in kulcha and served with dip.
